A win for the Gents First Team

Our Gents First Team had a fantastic win against Birley last night, with a stunning 7-1 victory. The highlight of the night came during Chris Hall's match, where he managed to sink the winning birdie putt on the eighteenth hole. The team and all our supporters let out a thunderous cheer as Chris' putt fell in.

The whole team worked hard all night, determined to bring home the victory, and their hard work and dedication paid off in the end. The final results were:

- Jon Berrisford (halved)
- Oliver Hague (Won 2up)
- Chris Hall (Won 1up)
- Mark Knight (Won 5&4)

This result shows that our team clearly have what it takes to gain promotion this year and that this is the start of a good run of results. The next match is away at Sitwell with all members welcome to support the players, tee off will be 5pm.
